Workplace offers a variety of automatic and admin-awarded badges.

Admins can also create custom badges to recognize employees for their company-specific achievements. They can do so by -On the top left of Workplace Clicking Admin Panel > Click Badges > Click Create New Badge.
Add a name for the badge > Add the description for what the badge is awarded for > Click Save.
Keep in mind that once a badge has been created, it can’t be edited. If you want to edit the image, title or description you need to delete the badge and recreate it. To see the badges awarded, one can –Click on View Profile.
The badges will be displayed at the bottom right of the cover photo.
