How to Create a Workplace Room for communication
There are 2 ways to Create a Room in Workplace–
The first is through Chat, by clicking on the New Room video icon above your chat thread list.
The second is in Groups, by clicking Create Room in the Rooms tab of a group that you are a member or administrator of.
Even though anyone can join a room on Workplace, the call creator has the ability to either restrict access to the room, or even leave the Room open for anyone who has the link to join.
