How to Access Contact Support?

Contact support can be accessed by Admins through the Admin Panel.

-    Once the Contact Support option is opened, there are two options visible on the screen – Workplace Status, and Direct Support.

-    By clicking on Workplace Status, the current status of how Workplace is functioning, and a history of previous errors can be seen.

-    By clicking on Direct Support, and then ‘Ask a Question’, a list of topics is visible, and one has to choose what topic closely pertains to their doubt, and then proceed accordingly.

-    For example, if one chooses General Inquiry, the Title of Doubt is asked, followed by a description. Then, the Priority is asked - whether it is None, Low, Medium, High.

-    This is followed by optional questions, and an option of attaching files, if required. Once a query has been raised in Contact support, no matter the Priority level, a response with a solution will be available within a matter of 24 hours.

In Workplace from Facebook, by simply clicking on Contact Support, a new world of answers opens up. Not just Contact Support, users and admins on Workplace also have access to the Workplace Help Center, Workplace Help Community and the Customer Resource Center.
